Why Try a Peak Fitness Boot Camp?
Boot camp workouts are modeled after the physical training regimens of the armed forces and are designed to get the most results in the shortest allowable time. True boot camp routines take trainees out of their comfort zone, don’t take “no” for an answer, to ensure that you get fast and visible results. Fitness boot camps include a variety of exercises, many done without any equipment, and often times emphasize high repetitions and agility training. These kinds of exercises build endurance, burn fat, and increase a trainee’s ability for peak performance on and off the track or field. Here's what you can expect when participating in a month-long Fitness Boot Camp:
Boot camps take place at various locations throughout the Parker, Castle Rock, and Douglas County areas, and are available to groups of 8 to 12 participants. Costs for the programs range from $12.50 per session up to $20 per session (call or email for more details). If you’re ready for fat loss, muscle tone and development, increased cardiovascular capacity and endurance, and mental and physical toughness in a group setting, the boot camp workouts are a great option for you.
